Regular health checks are one of the most important things for a pet. It allows for early identification of any health concerns, before they become a big problem.
For the majority of pets, an annual health check is advised.
For senior pets or for those with ongoing medical concerns, more frequent checks may be required - we will advise you if this is the case with your pet.
-
Management options for internal and external parasites is constantly evolving. There are many products on the market, and we can help advise which is the most appropriate and convenient.

Bad breath is a sign of gum (periodontal) disease. This is the most common oral condition in dogs and cats. Dental plaque accumulates quickly, and can change into calculus (tartar), which is mineralised plaque. The tissues around the tooth become irritated, and in many cases infected, leading to gingivitis/periodontitis and bad breath.
Thankfully we have ways of treating this, and minimising the long-term effects that develop.
We are always happy to check your pet’s teeth for an assessment of their dental health, and provide advice on remedial or preventative care.
